Our Rates
Trial lesson: 15€*
*free from 28/08 to 02/09
We try to offer our students maximum flexibility and propose a choice between the following plans:
Tariff one: trimester
Terms and conditions for trimester rate
The school year is divided into trimesters.
Trimesters run as follows: October-December; January-March; April-June, July-September.
A time slot is reserved for you every (two) week(s).
Tip: this rate also makes it easier for the lecturer to provide a study programme.
The number of lessons you decide to take will be divided into fixed monthly payments, which will be recalculated at the end of each trimester.
You will receive an invoice with the calculated amount at the end of the month. We kindly ask you to pay the bill as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt.
Courses for >21 years students according to the tax law are subject to 21% VAT.
Planned absences are calculated in the quarterly overview.
Lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance are always due. The only exception is the illness of the child: notified at the last minute, 50% of the lesson price will be charged.
Lessons less than 48 hours are charged 50% of the lesson price.
Absences reported more than 24 hours in advance can be made up at a later time if the teacher agrees. But this extra time is not "owed" by the teacher.
The no-show or cancellation after the start of the lesson is always 100% billable.
Budget example
You subscribe to 30 minutes of music lessons for the first trimester (October, November and December 2023).
Classes are given in weeks 40, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 48, 49, 50/ 2023 (9 weeks in total - we follow the Region North holiday schedule). So, during this trimester you get 9 lessons. The total amount is 9*25€=225€. The total is divided into three flat payments. Your monthly invoice for this trimester will be 225€/3=75€, of which the amount for canceled classes will eventually be deducted. Courses for >21 years students according to the tax law are subject to 21% VAT.
This system requires some calculations, but it gives our students comfortable flexibility (no commitment for the whole year) and it provides a predictable flat fee for both the teacher and the student/parent.
Tariff two: on-demand
Terms and conditions for on-demand rate
This rate gives you total flexibility: at the end of each lesson, you agree on the next time slot with the teacher.
You will receive an invoice on the and of the calendar month with the total of the lessons taken during the month. We kindly ask you to pay the bill as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt.
Lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance are always due. The only exception is the illness of the kind: notified at the last minute, 50% of the lesson price will be charged.
Lessons less than 48 hours are charged 50% of the lesson price.
The no-show or cancellation after the start of the lesson is always 100% billable.
Remember: you do not only pay for the time that you are present at the lesson,
but also for the time that a teacher reserves for you.
